The entrepreneurship competence framework (EntreComp) describes entrepreneurship as a lifelong competence, identifies what are the elements that make someone entrepreneurial and describes them to establish a common reference for initiatives dealing with entrepreneurial learning.
The tool guides the user assessment across 15 competences classified into 3 areas with their individual threads and 8 proficiency levels - progression descriptors. Each page of the tool shows the threads associated to each competence. After each area of competences is completed, the user will be presented with an attractive radar chart, summarizing his/her current proficiency levels in that area. At the end of assessment, the tool will present what is basically a personal development plan, highlighting the strengths and areas for improvement.
