Participation in Projects

EURAXESS Austria has been an active contributor to the EURAXESS network, supporting and participating in several projects. On this page, you can find an overview of current and past initiatives aimed at improving the mobility & career development of researchers in Europe as well as beyond.

Ongoing Projects

FORESEE (FORward-looking EURAXESS SErvices for Europe)

From June 2026 until August 2029, FORESEE aims to further develop the EURAXESS network both organisationally and operationally in order to provide researchers across Europe with more user-centred and specialised services. The project strengthens support for research careers, researcher mobility, and international talent attraction, while positioning EURAXESS as a key instrument for promoting attractive research careers and working conditions within the European Research Area (ERA). Through a new thematic, cluster-based working model, FORESEE will enhance collaboration across the network, strengthen the integration of digital tools, and increase the visibility and overall impact of EURAXESS.

OeAD is co-cordinator of Cluster 1 (Talent Mobility, Attraction and Integration together with SAIA) and leads WP4 on Integration and Research Security. FFG coordinates Cluster 3 (Careers Beyond Academia) and leads WP6 on Careers Beyond Academia.
